Picture yourself paddling in pastel aqua blue waters with miles of palm fringed beaches extending as far as the eye can see, colorful tropical fish darting underneath your kayak as you glide past a "bombie" (coral head) and brilliantly colored Kula birds darting from swaying palm to swaying palm. You are now in the beautiful and friendly isles of Fiji on the remote and untouched island of Kadavu. This is Fiji's fourth largest island yet it has maintained its culture and peace. It is here that you will fall in love with Fiji's amazing beauty and people.

photoCome paddle with us on our journey of discovery. You will experience Fiji's natural beauty and its bounty. You will meet the people of the villages and share their lives for a moment in time. You will be in harmony with the ocean as you paddle from one incredibly beautiful shore to another. The beaches along the west shore of Kadavu are among the longest and most beautiful in Fiji. This coastline will delight your eyes as you discover each stretch of deserted shoreline. The protected waters here make it all too easy to slip off of your kayak into an inviting lagoon. If you like, venture away from the campsite and find some quiet time for yourself. Kayak down the coast a ways or walk the beach to find your special place to reflect on this incredible beauty. Sea shells abound everywhere. Pass hours collecting shells, enjoying your solitude or swim in lagoon waters that surround you in liquid paradise. At sunset (and there are many on this coast), picture yourself sitting on the beach, little waves lapping at your feet in a soothing way, watching a firey sun kiss the ocean as the day bids farewell. And then... the stars pop out, one by one. The silouette of the palms agains a diamond sky will hypnotise you.

You will be paddling without the cumbersome load of your gear. All your provisions will be shuttled from one camp to another by an escort boat. (Yes!!! An escort boat... That means easier paddling and cold beverages everyday!) Each evening you will be treated to a fijian meal or a special preparation by "Chef Michael or Chef Bob"at camp, be the guests in a local villagers home, or enjoy a feast at a local village. One night you will be treated to the famous Fijian Lovo and Meke, a night of fijian dance and feasting.
